KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) - A man has been found fatally shot in a fast-food restaurant parking lot in the Hickman Mills neighborhood on the south side of Kansas City, police reported.
Officers were called to a McDonald’s parking lot around 11 a.m. Monday and found the victim inside a vehicle with gunshot wounds, police said in a news release. The man was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police have not yet released the victim’s identity and say no arrests have been made in the case. Police ask anyone with information on the shooting to contact detectives or the TIPS Hotline.
A reward of up to $25,000 is available for information leading to an arrest, police said.
