US Olympics star Suni Lee turns heads in stunning low-cut dress as gymnast celebrates 22nd birthday in style
American Olympic gymnastics champion and pop culture icon Sunisa 'Suni' Lee celebrated her 22nd birthday on Sunday.
The Minnesota native shared a number of snaps of her and her friends celebrating the occasion in New York City over the weekend.
She showed off images of her entourage enjoying the city's streets, walking across the Brooklyn Bridge, and riding the subway.
At the end of the day, Lee and her friends were seen celebrating the occasion at one of the city's many nighttime establishments.
Lee certainly dressed the part - wearing a strapless corset-style top, with a bubble skirt featuring rosette applique detailing
She accented the wardrobe with a silver watch, a similar colored bracelet, and a silver necklace of the Olympic rings.

In just 22 years, Lee may have already lived a lifetime. The daughter of a Laotian refugee of Hmong descent, Lee grew up in Minnesota and began her gymnastics career at age six after watching videos of 2008 American Olympic heroes Nastia Liukin and Shawn Johnson.
After turning junior elite in 2016, she was part of a team that won the International Junior Cup in 2017. That same year, when she was just 14-years-old, she committed to compete in collegiate gymnastics at Auburn University in Alabama.
Lee made her senior debut at an international competition in 2019 and appeared at the 2019 World Championships alongside future Olympic teammates Simone Biles, Grace McCallum, MyKayla Skinner, and Jade Carey.
After the Covid pandemic disrupted the global sports calendar, Lee was selected to the Olympic team for the Tokyo Olympic games held in 2021.
She was selected for the team all-around alongside Biles, McCallum, and Jordan Chiles and won silver. Lee stepped in as a replacement for Biles on the floor exercise after the latter withdrew. It was later revealed that Biles was suffering from a psychological condition known as 'the twisties' that led to her missing most of the Olympic events.
Lee won her first Olympic gold medal by claiming the individual all-around title over Brazil's Rebeca Andrade. She became the sixth American woman to win the women's all-around title.
Lee left Tokyo with three medals in total after taking bronze in the uneven bars as well.
Returning to the US, Lee competed one final year at Auburn in 2023 before committing to staying healthy and returning to the Paris Olympics in 2024.

She did just that, winning gold in the team all-around alongside Biles, Chiles, Carey, and Hezly Rivera. Lee also added bronze medals in the uneven bars and the individual all-around - with her teammate, Biles, winning gold.
In the time since that first appearance at the Olympics, Lee has become a star in the world of social media - signing multiple sponsorship deals. Within the past year, she's worked with brands such as Kim Kardashian's SKIMS line - as well as athletic wear company Lululemon and running shoe company HOKA.
She's also made multiple appearances in film and television - taking part in two documentaries surrounding the 2020 Olympics.
Lee also competed in Season 30 of Dancing with the Stars - becoming the seventh Olympic gymnast to take part in the competition. She finished in fifth place.
Up next for Lee is an appearance in the 2025 issue of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition magazine.
