A new healthy fast food stall is set to open next month in the Baltic Market.

Launching in May, PICNIC Liverpool will be serving vegan and vegetarian food.

The company started off as a food delivery service in December 2017, soon catching the attention of the Baltic Market.

The PICNIC team said: "The business exploded so fast and the Baltic Market seemed to be a natural progression.

"What we are doing is niche, we are not trying to push lifestyle preferences, 80 percent of our customers are not vegan or vegetarian, but just enjoy our healthy food."
