Shipt Adds Same-Day Delivery From Greer’s on the Gulf Coast in Alabama and Florida

Membership-based service adds Greer’s to marketplace offerings along the Gulf Coast

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Sept. 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Shipt, a leading same-day delivery marketplace, today announced it will begin delivery of an assortment of groceries and household essentials from Greer’s in the following metro areas beginning today, Sept. 20:

• Mobile metro area: Bayou La Batre, Eight Mile, Fairhope, Grand Bay, Mobile, Prichard, Saraland, Semmes, and Theodore, Alabama
• Pensacola metro area: Lillian, Myrtle Grove, and Pensacola, Florida

This launch gives nearly 200,000 households across both states access to products delivered by Shipt from Greer’s in as soon as one hour. For a limited time, new area Shipt members who sign up will receive an annual membership for $49 (regularly $99).
