Council of Ministers assesses State's accounts for 2017

Luanda, ANGOLA, September 20 - The state general accounts reports for 2017 and the draft presidential decree approving the organic status of the Road and Public Calamities Fund are being analyzed by the Council of Ministers on Thursday.,

In this session, the 9th ordinary, chaired by the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, also analyzes the draft presidential decree that approves the regulation of transfer of waste destined for reuse, recycling and valorization, as well as the regulations of the national parks of Luêngue, Quissama, Mavinga, Cameia, Bicuar, Maiombe, Cangandala, Iona and Mupa.

The agenda of the consultative body of the President of the Republic also includes, for today, the appreciation of the proposed Law amending the Civil Aviation Act and the draft presidential decrees that approve the regulations on the exercise of nautical signaling activity and the system of marking in the national maritime space and inland waterways, forwarded by the Ministry of Transport.

The Council of Ministers should also address the rules governing the procedure for private investment, the legal status of foreign nationals in Angola, and the regime for the appointment and placement of immigration liaison officers in diplomatic missions and consular posts.

The draft presidential decrees approving the rate of consular migratory acts, the Angolan migration policy and the regulation of the national migratory observatory are other documents under analysis, sent to the body by the Ministry of Interior.

The Council of Ministers will also consider the draft presidential decree on the organic statute of the competition regulatory authority, the special public works plan for the city of Luanda and the state of the national territory planning.
